Made an appointment, but put down the wrong date and missed it. They we're understanding and were able to fit me in to get my oil change done. Its been a few years since my last visit, due to a move, and I'm glad to see they still have the same commitment to customer service as they did when I last visited. Highly recommend this shop!

They were quick to help get me back on the road within an hour. They were courteous and caring. And the price was much less than I would have expected to pay. I am really happy with my experience at Topline! I called them up to do a diagnostic. They told me how long they thought it would take to look at the car (they were really busy so they asked me if I could leave the car with them for the day), exactly what they thought was going on, and what would fix the problem. Everyone here is straight up and no nonsense, which I really liked. The guys in the shop were really friendly, and we were joking around the whole time. They told me the work would be finished by the end of the following day, and they had the car ready for me by 9:00 AM the very next morning. I'd much rather people tell me realistic estimates for cost, diagnosis, and wait times. Top notch. I was really pleased with my experience, and I know anyone that goes here will be really pleased, too. They even recommended a car rental company so I didn't have to miss a beat! What a pleasure!!

If it were possible to give this place ten stars, I would. Ron is an outstanding mechanic that is truthful, honest, and takes the time to explain what your car needs or what it doesn't need. Good and honest work here with great prices. No hidden fees as they are upfront about all costs.
